Divorce Mediation

A structured settlement process to keep you out of
overwhelm, conflict, and the courtroom.

Who It’s For

Divorce mediation serves couples seeking a cooperative, cooperative approach to divorce. It’s designed for those who want to make their own family decisions, avoid adversarial litigation, and receive neutral process guidance at a transparent cost.

It is ideal for parents prioritizing sustainable co-parenting and couples who've agreed to divorce but need process help. Our service provides structured mediation, general information about Washington divorce law, and assistance with document preparation based solely on your mutual agreements — all with transparent pricing and typically no court appearances.

Meet Your Guide:
Talia Lauren, JD, LLM

Hi, I’m Talia. I’m a Washington family law attorney and the founder of Trailhead Law, PLLC.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked on just about every type of divorce case, from fully agreed situations to high-conflict litigation. What that experience has shown me is that the healthiest divorces rarely happen in court. They happen when people have clear information, steady guidance, and the support they need to make thoughtful decisions about their future.

I believe there is a better way to end a marriage than an ugly courtroom battle. One that is more efficient, more respectful, and far less expensive than the traditional litigation model. My focus is on helping people move through divorce without unnecessary conflict, confusion, or financial strain.

Whether you already have an agreement in place or need help getting there, I will guide you through each step and help keep the legal process simple. The goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and as little stress as possible.
