Meet Your Guide:
Talia Lauren, JD, LLM
Hi, I’m Talia. I’m a Washington family law attorney and the founder of Trailhead Law, PLLC and Simple Divorce. In the Simple Divorce process, I serve as a neutral mediator rather than as an attorney representing either spouse.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked on just about every type of divorce case, from fully agreed situations to high-conflict litigation. What that experience has shown me is that the healthiest divorces rarely happen in court. They happen when people have clear information, steady guidance, and the support they need to make thoughtful decisions about their future.
I created Simple Divorce because I believe there is a better way to end a marriage. One that is more efficient, more respectful, and far less expensive than the traditional litigation model. My focus is on helping people move through divorce without unnecessary conflict, confusion, or financial strain.
Whether you already have an agreement in place or need help getting there, I will guide you through each step and take care of the legal process. The goal is simple: to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and as little stress as possible.
